Patchouli has been used for hundreds of years to create an atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Often times used during meditation or spiritual enlightenment, it is believed to boost moods by relieving stress, anxiety, and depression. Auroshikha incense cones are made of a paste consisting of the powders of dried flower petals, sweet scented herbs and woods, spices, resins, natural essential oils, and charcoal to assist with burning. The paste is then molded into a cone and left to dry.Â
